Daniele Pellegrini is frequently engaged in cross-border transactions and regularly advises clients on asset management and private investment matters, including private equity and venture capital, M&A, divestitures and recapitalizations. His practice also covers intellectual property and technology issues, including trademark, copyright and trade secret protection, e-commerce, data security and privacy. He is author of legal publications and has been invited as speaker in law seminars and conferences in Italy and abroad. Before admission to practice, he received a Ph.D. in legal sciences (summa cum laude) from the University of Florence, School of Law.
Marco Dami’s practice is focused primarily on global mobility and immigration law, advising companies on immigrant and non-immigrant visas and corporate and commercial matters. He is also regularly engaged in employment issues, companies’ workforce transfers, secondment and relocation abroad, including workplace safety, health regulations and compliance. Before he was admitted to practice, Marco attended one-year traineeship ad the Court of Florence, Specialized Chamber on Corporate Matters. After completing classical studies in 2004, Marco Dami attended law studies at the University of Pisa, where he obtained a bachelor degree in juridical science and a summa cum laude master degree in civil law.
Emma Riccomi’s practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial issues and on global mobility and immigration law. She is also regularly involved in international business and trade matters, working closely with clients to create tailor-made solutions for all legal aspects of a transaction, including the negotiation and drafting of business agreements and contracts. Her expertise also covers domestic and international litigation. Before admission to practice, she earned a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Florence after obtaining a high school linguistic diploma in English, French, and Spanish.
Mr. Jonathon R. Moore’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, private client matters, international trade and estate planning. He also regularly advises clients on charitable and exempt organizations. Mr. Moore is admitted to the District of Columbia and New York Bars; U.S Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Federal and Second Circuits, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He formerly served as managing partner of Moore & Bruce, LLP (1993-2011) and the Washington, DC office of New York-based Windels, Marx, Davies & Ives (1986-1993). He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University and his undergraduate degree from Williams College. Mr. Moore was recently named “Best Partner Firm, Correspondent Member” by Eurojuris International. He is the author of numerous publications on cross-border philanthropy, charitable foundations and international trade issues. His most recent book, A Practical Guide to International Philanthropy, was published by Cambridge University Press

Ennio Piovesani obtained his license to practice law in 2018 and achieved the certification of lawyer specialized in international law in 2022. He graduated with honors in law in 2015 and earned his PhD from the University of Turin in 2021. He is the author of several legal publications. He has held teaching positions in private international law, international contracts and German contract law (also at the University of Turin and at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences of Cologne). He has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences, both in Italy and abroad. Ennio Piovesani is also a co-chair of the Young Research Network of the European Association of Private International Law, and a member of the Italian Society of International Law and of the Association for Cultural Exchange Between Italian and German Jurists. He is a consultant for Unioncamere Lombardia on internationalization. He is fluent in English and German, and also speaks French. Prior to joining Ferretti Firm, Ennio Piovesani worked in Turin between 2016 and 2023, with a prominent law firm specializing in international contracts.
Rosalie Anne Proto is regularly engaged in corporate and commercial matters, particularly in connection with drafting and reviewing business agreements, as well as regulatory and compliance matters. Her practice also focuses on global mobility and immigration law, both inbound and outbound, and domestic and international litigation. Rosalie Anne Proto earned a juris doctor degree from the University of Florence, school of law, and was admitted to practice in 2018.
